We have first hand experience working with their event planner Teresa and found her scheduling and organizational planning top notch.   I recently attended a wedding here and it broke my heart to watch the bride deal with the complete incompetency of the staff here. Mistake after mistake and bait and switch tactics left every one in attendance with a very bad taste in their mouth. You get one chance at a wedding and you pray you deal with professionals that appreciate that, this place however completely missed the mark.
